My Holistic Healing Journey

A Wake-Up Call
In January 2018, my body betrayed me. Or at least, that’s how it felt.
As a dancer, I believed I was the epitome of health—physically strong, following a vegan diet, training with a personal trainer, attending dance classes, practicing Bikram yoga, swimming, working out at the gym and keeping an active lifestyle. To everyone around me, I was the picture of wellness. But beneath the surface, something was deeply wrong.
It started in 2016 with an unbearable pain in my back and abdomen—so intense it made walking excruciating. Then came the vomiting, sudden and relentless. I was living alone in Los Angeles, with no health insurance and no financial safety net. The thought of seeking medical help felt impossible. I had no choice but to turn to alternative healing. That’s when I found a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctor on Yelp. Desperate for relief, I ignored the pain and rode my bike to her office, where she treated me with acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal remedies.
The relief was temporary.
Sensing that my condition was beyond her expertise, she urged me to attend a conference by a renowned cosmic energy master, Teacher Lu Xia. At that point, I was willing to try anything.
Discovering Energy Healing
Skeptical but curious, I researched Teacher Lu Xia and found stories of transformation from individuals, women, families, institutions and communities that felt almost mythical. Unlike other holistic healers, she didn’t rely on external tools—no crystals, no incense, no cards. Her innate-power came from her deep understanding of universal energy, and her ability to channel and guide it for healing, guidance, wisdom and understanding no matter ones background or faith.
With the last bit of money I had, I signed up for her Negative Energy Detox Course, trusting that this would lead me in the right direction. And it did.
The experience was nothing short of transformative. There was no physical manipulation, nothing to ingest, no invasive procedures—just energy, intention, and meditation. As I sat in stillness, following her guided instructions, I felt something shift within me. A weight I hadn't even realized I was carrying lifted. I left feeling lighter, more at ease, and rejuvenated.
Encouraged to continue detoxing negative energy, I returned weekly to study He Yi Dao, a moving meditation that clears energy stagnation. Over time, not only did my physical pain vanish, but my entire life started to change. I felt unblocked—new opportunities flowed in, my career thrived, and my relationships improved. I was healing from the inside out.
Relapse and a Deeper Realization
For two years, I immersed myself in this practice. But when I moved back to New York City in 2018, life got in the way. I maintained my fitness routine, teaching, and vegan diet, convinced that I was still on the right path. But I also fell into old habits—overworking, overexerting, pushing my body beyond its limits in the name of success.
Then, the symptoms returned. This time, I ran to the emergency room and doctors diagnosed me with kidney stones and hydronephrosis—conditions that had likely been developing since my time in Los Angeles. To make matters worse, I subluxated my patella, reversing six years of healing.


My body was screaming for balance, and I had no choice but to listen.
Western medicine gave me clear medical answers—something I hadn’t had before as to why I was feeling this pain in LA. But it also confirmed what I already knew: true healing with maintenance couldn’t come from medicine alone.
The root cause wasn’t just physical; it was also an energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalance. I needed a holistic approach to not just treat but transform my health from the root cause.
Bridging Eastern and Western Medicine
Through my journey, I learned a crucial lesson: true healing requires balance. Western medicine provides essential diagnostics and acute care, but Eastern and ancient healing practices address the root cause and can help promote long-term well-being. The human body is an energetic system that supports the physical body—one that science is only beginning to understand.
After learning and application from a Master of Cosmic Energy with over 30+ Years of experience, utilization, and study to help others; this realization led me to create a platform where many others could access the same life-changing healing methods that helped me, and continues to do so.

I will always be grateful for the moment I chose to trust myself— to dive into research, stay committed, invest in my health, and surround myself with positive, supportive people. Because of that decision, I’m now the healthiest I’ve ever been—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I communicate more clearly and compassionately with my family, I’m honest with myself and the world around me, and I no longer sacrifice my well-being for the sake of appearances.
Life still has its ups and downs, but I’ve learned how to move through it all with peace and clarity. Now, I feel called to give back— to guide, remind, share, and educate others in my community and beyond. The knowledge I’ve gained is vast, powerful, and accessible to everyone, no matter your background. You’re not alone—and there is support out there for you too.
