In this time of unprecedented challenges, I feel deeply in my heart that true healing is not just personal—it is collective.

Technology advances, material conditions improve, yet loneliness, anxiety, family distance, weak community connections, and social division grow more severe.

More people are realizing: a truly healthy, sustainable society needs more than economic and technological progress. It needs human growth, relationship healing, and deeper connection between people.

在这个前所未有的挑战时代，我内心深深感受到：真正的疗愈不只是个人的，而是集体的。

科技高速发展，物质条件提升，但孤独、焦虑、家庭疏离、社区连接弱化、社会分裂越来越严重。

越来越多的人意识到：真正健康、可持续的社会，不仅需要经济与科技进步，更需要人的成长、关系疗愈、人与人之间更深层的连接。

That is why Harmony One Healing Center was born.

I, Teacher Lu Xia, founded Harmony One to create a global human growth community that crosses cultures, races, and beliefs. Through personal growth, family harmony, community building, and collective well-being, we work toward a healthier, more inclusive, peaceful, and sustainable future.

这正是合一堂疗愈基地诞生的时代背景。

我，路侠老师，创立合一堂，是为了打造跨越文化、种族、信仰的人类成长共同体。通过个人成长、家庭和谐、社区建设、集体福祉，推动更健康、包容、和平、可持续的未来。
