Venytha Yoshiantini

Founder and Artistic Director TEMAN (Teater Musikal Nusantara), Venytha Yoshiantini is an Indonesian-Japanese triple threat holding BA (First Class Honours) Musical Theatre from LASALLE College of The Arts, and Diploma in Theatre with Distinction from Nanyang Academy Of Fine Arts, Singapore. Since graduating, Venytha has been working for 16 years as a Director, Choreographer, Actor and Teacher all around Southeast-Asia.

In Indonesia, TEMAN has not only successfully staged Licensed Broadway Productions such as "RENT", "Hairspray" and "Into The Woods", but also Indonesian Productions such as “Musikal Keluarga Cemara (with Visinema Productions and Indonesia Kaya), "Serial Musikal Adaptasi Siti Nurbaya" & “Serial Musikal Payung Fantasi (with Indonesia Kaya, Garin Workshop, and BOOW Live), Premiere Show of the biggest Indoor Theme Park in Indonesia (Trans Studio Bali and Cibubur), biggest outdoor Parade in Jakarta (Jakarnaval), MusikalDiRumahAja (Rara J, Paerengan & Lebonna, Bertha & Cendrawasih), as well as Festival Musikal Indonesia with”6” and “GIE dalam Musikal” (with Miles Films).

Venytha also is an important member of the growth of Musical Theatre Education in Indonesia in collaboration with Semesta Akademi as the Programme Head and Teacher for Musical Theatre course, Acting in Musical Theatre, Mindfulness through Acting Techniques and Acting teacher for IMB (Intensif Musikal Budaya) with Indonesia Kaya.
