Certificate to Founder Teacher Lu Xia

The Relationship Between Qi, Body, Mind , Spirit & Brain - University of East-West Medicine

Founder Teacher Lu Xia, Visiting Professor at the University of East-West Medicine, shared her lecture “The Relationship Between Qi, Body, Mind, Spirit, and Brain” — an inspiring exploration of how Qi harmonizes the human system for health and clarity. Her teaching explained how smooth Qi circulation supports restful sleep, emotional balance, and clear decision-making. The Healing Circle Foundation is honored to celebrate this milestone as we continue building bridges between traditional energy medicine and modern academic health education.

Program Overview

The Healing Circle Foundation celebrates an important milestone in the shared mission to advance holistic wellness education worldwide. Our founding educator , Teacher Lu Xia, was invited as Visiting Professor to lecture at the University of East-West Medicine in Sunnyvale, California. Her presentation, “The Relationship Between Qi, Body, Mind, Spirit, and Brain,” explored how the ancient wisdom of Qi (vital energy) connects to modern understandings of physical health, emotional stability, and cognitive function.

Through practical applications of Qi, Teacher Lu illustrated how self-healing can regulate sleep and relieve anxiety, how focused energy enhances learning and mental clarity, and how balanced Qi flow influences clear, correct decision-making. The lecture emphasized that although Qi cannot be seen, it is foundational to life — circulating through breath, nutrition, and the meridian system to sustain organ function and harmony within the body-mind network.
