Joy in Motion at Orange Valley Alkalff Crescent brings gentle joyful , cosmic energy movements to seniors, blending light flows, music, and mindfulness for uplifted spirits and joyful mobility.

This wellness pilot, launched in collaboration with LuXia Healing Sanctuary, supports all abilities—from robust to frail and dementia—through stress-melting, mobility-boosting sessions. Participants light up with happiness, feeling lighter in body and mind while improving flexibility and emotional harmony in a fun, communal setting.
