The Healing Circle Foundation hosted a four-week He Yi Dao Elderly Dance Enrichment Program at the Pomonok Older Adult Community Center. Through gentle, accessible movement, mindful breathing, and wellness education, participants gained tools for relaxation, resilience, and self-care. Teacher Lu Xia also offered a special wellness session on nutrition, daily routines, preventative care, and mental health—empowering seniors to nurture both body and mind.
