We are living in the most stimulated, connected, and information-rich era in history—yet more people than ever feel anxious, lost, and emotionally exhausted. What is truly collapsing is not material wealth, but our inner frequency.

The Illusion of a “Better” Era |
This era appears more lively and prosperous than ever before. Information is endless, short videos grow increasingly stimulating, entertainment becomes more addictive, and human connections seem more “convenient.” Yet at the same time, anxiety is rising, emptiness is spreading, insomnia is becoming common, and more people are losing their sense of direction. Many young people seemingly lack nothing, yet they feel increasingly unhappy. Because in today’s society, what is truly collapsing is not material wealth, but the human spiritual frequency system.
Endless content, addictive entertainment, and constant stimulation create the illusion of abundance. Yet beneath the surface, more people struggle with anxiety, insomnia, and lack of purpose.

The Fragmentation of Consciousness |
Teacher Lu once said: “The greatest danger of the future is not poverty, but hearts becoming chaotic, souls becoming empty, and human consciousness gradually being controlled by the outside world.” Today, many young people are not truly living — they are simply being pushed forward by the overwhelming flood of information in this era. The first thing many people do upon waking up is not to feel life itself, but to reach for their phones. Short videos, trending topics, entertainment, online emotions and endless digital stimulation constantly bombard the mind. Slowly, people become unable to focus, emotionally restless, increasingly anxious, impatient, and internally empty. Most frightening of all, many people have lost the ability to think deeply. A new stimulation every three seconds. A new emotion every five seconds. A new interest every minute.
Short-form content trains the mind to seek constant stimulation. Attention spans shrink, emotional stability weakens, and deep thinking becomes rare.
“A new stimulation every 3 seconds. A new emotion every 5 seconds.”

Desire Without Foundation |
Human consciousness becomes fragmented, and inner energy begins to scatter. A person without inner stability is easily controlled by the world around them. An even more dangerous issue in modern society is the endless amplification of desire. Many young people long for instant success, overnight fame, universal attention, and effortless achievement. As a result, more and more people become obsessed with packaging themselves, creating false personas, and chasing superficial appearances. But the real problem is this: Their souls have not matured, yet their desires have expanded without limit.
Modern culture amplifies the desire for instant success, fame, and recognition. But when inner growth cannot support outer ambition, imbalance occurs.
“When virtue cannot match position, instability follows.”

Low-Frequency Relationships |
Relationships are becoming faster, more fragile, and emotionally reactive. Avoidance, disconnection, and emotional withdrawal are replacing depth and responsibility.

The Hidden Risk of the AI Era | AI
The true danger of the AI era is not that machines are becoming more intelligent. The real danger is that human beings are slowly losing their own independent consciousness. When AI begins to think for you, speak for you, and make decisions for you, people who lose the ability to think independently may eventually become highly advanced beings with technology — but without a soul. Teacher Lu’s system has always emphasized: “Technology itself is not frightening. What is frightening is when the human heart loses its sovereignty.” In the future, the truly powerful people will not be those who possess the most information, but those who remain emotionally stable, mentally clear, internally grounded, and capable of long-term self-cultivation. Because the more chaotic society becomes, the more valuable stable people will be.
The real danger is not that AI becomes intelligent—but that humans lose independent thinking.
When technology replaces awareness, people risk becoming powerful—but disconnected from their own consciousness.

What Will Matter in the Future |
The most valuable people in the future will not be those with the most information—but those who are grounded, emotionally stable, and internally clear.

Protecting Your Inner Frequency |
What truly destroys a person is not society—but uncontrolled emotions, scattered thoughts, and unchecked desire.
A high-level life is built on:
Inner stability
Emotional balance
Mental clarity
Spiritual independence

A truly elevated life is one that possesses spiritual independence, mental clarity, inner stability, emotional peace, kindness within the heart, and light within the eyes. Because the people who will truly go far in the future are those who, even within a chaotic world, can still protect and preserve the frequency of their inner being.
In a chaotic world, the people who will go far are those who can remain rooted within themselves.
