About the event
The Healing Circle Foundation INC invites you to a free, sponsored Community Health & Wellness Consultation Circle on Zoom.
During this virtual gathering, participants will receive a short group introduction and grounding practice, followed by an opportunity to join the consultation queue. Individual consultation sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are approximately 5 minutes per person.
Teacher Lu Xia will offer brief, supportive health & wellness check-ins and practical guidance to help participants create more calm, focus, balance, and connection at home, school, and in everyday life.
This is a community wellness event intended to provide general educational and supportive guidance.
It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency services.
