Join us for an empowering in-person workshop hosted by the SHOPP Caregivers Program, featuring a special guest appearance by The Healing Circle Foundation.

We'll begin with a screening of PBS’s "Caregiving"—a deeply moving documentary executive produced by Bradley Cooper, which sheds light on the resilience and struggles of caregivers across America.

After the film, experience a calming and restorative guided meditation and wellness session led by Healing Circle Foundation’s lead Instructor Melissa Moore, offering tools to reduce stress, cultivate peace, and care for yourself as you care for others.

This event is open to caregivers, families, and community members seeking support, inspiration, and connection.
