Melissa Moore is a dedicated wellness practitioner, energy movement guide, and passionate advocate for holistic healing. With years of experience in both education and community wellness, Melissa brings deep compassion, clarity, and authenticity to every class she leads.
Through her personal journey of transformation, she discovered the power of He Yi Dao to restore balance, awaken inner strength, and build meaningful connection. Melissa now shares this sacred practice with others—especially seniors and those seeking peace amidst life’s challenges—with the intention to uplift, empower, and heal.
Her classes are known for their gentle guidance, joyful energy, and ability to create a safe space where all are welcome, seen, and supported. Whether in-person or online, Melissa is here to walk beside you on your path toward harmony.
